  • Payment needs to be done at the time of reservations. We accept Visa, Master Card and Paypal. Payments made at any port or hotels are not accepted. For complete security and safety, payments are accepted only via telephone or online.
  • The terms and conditions under which Thankyou Cars Ltd does business with the Client, the Passenger (the traveller), and the Booker are listed below (the person booking journeys). These terms and conditions of business may be changed by Thankyou Cars Ltd without prior notice. Thankyou Cars sets out to provide a safe reliable service to all of its customers.
  • Cancellations done before 48 hours of scheduled arrival or departure are eligible for FULL refund. Cancellations done before 24 hours are entitled to receive 70% refund. Cancellations done within 12 hours are non-refundable. Either drop us a mail or call our representatives for making cancellations.
  • All Credit card payments subject to nominal charges.
  • We reserve the right to substitute equipment based on availability or operational needs.
  • Although, sincere efforts would be made to pick up customers within the time mentioned, we are not responsible in case delays caused by road conditions, weather, breakdowns or any other condition beyond our control.
  • The expression “passenger” implies the person to whom ticket is issued or who is carried by virtue of ticket being issued.
  • In case, drivers need to wait beyond the appointed time to receive passengers due to customers' faults, passengers are liable to pay for the waiting time to Cruiseports Shuttle.
  • We reserve the right to change price without prior notice.
  • We also reserve the right to refuse to carry any passenger without providing any reason.
  • We encourage all our customers to take complete responsibility of all their items. In case, items get lost inside the vehicles during the journey, we will make genuine efforts to locate them, but not responsible in case of damage or loss to the same.
  • All information present on the website is subject to change without any prior notice. Sincere efforts would be made to post new information as soon as possible. In case of non-availability of any information, customers are free to call us or contact us via email.
